Auckland City - Pathway Implementation Project

The multi-million dollar implementation of the Pathway software package for local government was the largest IT initiative that Auckland City had ever undertaken, with a user base of approximately 700 people. This project required the replacement of core council systems including regulatory consents, animal, parking and rating services. It included the implementation of an online customer service channel.
